Urad dal pakora

To begin with..
Ingredients:

Urad dal 2 cup( washed and soaked in water for 3-4 hrs)
Green chillis 2(according to taste)
Ginger finally chopped 1 piece
Onions 2 finally chopped
Coriander leaves a fewOil for deep frying
Pinch of soda(optional)
salt to taste
 
 Procedure:

Grind the urad dal in to thick paste. we can add water in between the process but not more then few tsp because we don't want the mixer to become into a thin paste.
Remove the mixer into a bowl, and now add rest of the ingredients  and mix well.
Heat the oil in pan let it heat.
Now make small ball shape using your hand and put it in oil.
Cook using medium heat.

So there we go we have our yummy  Urad pakods ready to enjoy.
We can have them with green chutney, ketchup, coconut chutney or just like this.
