How to make Rajasthani raita?
To begin with...
Ingredients
-Dahi (yogurt) 1cup
-Onion 2(diced)
-Jeera 1tsp
-Ghee 2tbs
-Dhaniya patta ( for garnish)
-Green chilli 1small (optional)
-Red chilli power 1/2 tsp
-Haldi powder 1/4 tsp
-Coriander power 1/4 tsp
-Salt to taste
Procedure
-In a bowl put the diced onion add red chili,haldi,coriender powder, salt, and sprinkle some water on top.
-In a pan take ghee let it heat
-Add jeera seeds let it crack-Add onion mix in the pan
-And let it cook for a minute not more because we need the onion crispy not transparent

-Add curd and immediately switch off the flame
-Stir well and we can add more coriander leaves if u wish to.
