How to make Geela aloo kanda subzi?
To begin with...
Ingredients:
Aloo 4 pieces ( diced)
Onion 3 pieces ( diced)
Jeera seeds 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbs
Garlic 1 or 2 cloves
Coriander powder 1 tha
Mint leaves ( for garnish)
Coriander leaves ( for garnish)
Chilli powder 1tsp ( according how spicy you need)
Haldi powder 1/4 tsp
Water 2 cups
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Heat a pan
Add jeera seeds let it crack
Add diced onions sauté for a minute or two
Then add diced potato’s let it cook for 3 minutes
Add all the spices except coriander powder
Stir well for somtim then add water 2 cups
Let it cool until the potatoes become soft
When the potatoes are cooked you can mash them with the help of your spoon
Now take a mortar and pestal and crush the garlic and coriander together
Now sprinkle the garlic mix on the cookes subzi
For garnish add chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves.
