Boondi Kadi

To begine with..
  Ingredients: 

Besan(gram flour) 1/4cup
Dahi(curd)  1cup
Water 1cup
Jeera (cumin seeds) 1tsp
Oil /Ghee2tbsp
Hing  1/2tsp
Garlic 1/2tsp
Methi seeds 1/2tsp
Boondi 1/2 cup
Chilli powder 1/4tsp
Haldi powder (turmeric powder)
Salt as per taste
Dhaniya (coriander leaves for garnish)
Green chilli sliced 1

Procedures:
In a bowl take besan,dahi,water and mix all those ingrediants well.
Now heat a pan add oil/ghee add jeera,hing,meth seeds,garlic,green chilli and saute for few seconds,now add chilli,haldi,salt and stil well
Now add besan mix and stir well.
One thing to be remembered is that it has be stirred constantly till it starts boiling,but when it does add boondi in it and let it boil.
Boil til it gets little thick in consistency.
Adjust salt to your taste.
Add coriander leaves for garnish.
 There you have it your boondi kadi is ready.
